Tomorrow marks the last of the Casa Del Viento Sunday Roast Lunches for the year. With the holidays approaching our lunches have taken on a traditional English Christmas theme. complete with roast turkey and ham, Christmas pudding, and even crackers! Being from the United States myself, I had never seen a real English cracker before. I've been enjoying them so much that I'm fully intending on bringing the tradition home when I return. Right now, we're all in the kitchen, listening to carols, pitching in to make sure that everything is in place when the guests arrive tomorrow afternoon. Even Susan, who literally stepped off the bus from Granada not two hours ago, is baking a chocolate yule log.
